CAN I REQUEST A STOPOVER ON THE WAY TO THE DESTINATION?
Yes, an extra charge applies to each stop on the way to pick up another passenger or an item based on the time, distance and availability.
CAN YOU PROVIDE CHILD SEATS WHEN TRAVELLING WITH KIDS?
Yes. Solicitations for child seats must be made at the time of the booking. Child seats are available only for the Business XL category.
WILL MY CHAUFFEUR BE SMARTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY DRESSED?
Yes! Our chauffeurs wear dark suits, shirts, and ties at all times.
IS THERE A SPECIFIC TIME WHEN THE BY THE HOUR SERVICE STARTS?
The service starts at the chosen pick-up time, regardless of when you meet the chauffeur to start your journey.
DO HOURLY FARES INCLUDE PARKING, TOLLS AND OTHER CHARGES?
Yes.
HOW WILL I MEET THE CHAUFFEUR AT THE AIRPORT FOR PICK-UP?
After you clear customs and enter the arrivals hall, look for your chauffeur, who will be holding a name-board with your name on it. If, for some reason, you can’t locate us, please call the chauffeur’s mobile number, which will be indicated in the email that contains the driver and vehicle details. Please do not leave the terminal until you find us.
HOW MUCH WAITING TIME DO YOU PROVIDE FOR AIRPORT PICK-UPS?
We provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the landing or the chosen pick-up time. After the complimentary time is finished, a charge of 50€/hour will apply and be calculated in 15 minute-increments.
CAN I CHARGE MY PHONE IN THE VEHICLE WHILE TRAVELLING?
Phone chargers are available in all our vehicles.
DO YOU ACCOMMODATE TRAVELERS WITH PETS?
Yes; however, no animals (other than guide and hearing dogs) may be carried in any vehicle without prior agreement from us. Pets and animals must be transported in a closed and suitable transport carrier throughout the entire journey.
CAN I TRAVEL WHEREVER I WISH WITH THE BY THE HOUR SERVICE?
You can travel to any locations within Barcelona city. Airport transfers and travel outside Barcelona are not included in the service but can be arranged upon pre-book request.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON MILES WITHIN THE BY THE HOUR SERVICE?
20 kms per hour are permitted with the service. For example, if you book the hire for 4 hours, you will have 80 kms at your disposal, and if you book the hire for 10 hours, you will have 200 kms at your disposal.
IS SMOKING OR EATING ALLOWED IN THE VEHICLE DURING TRAVEL?
We maintain a strict non-smoking policy in all our vehicles; however, we will happily stop for smoke breaks if needed. Water is provided in all our vehicles, but unfortunately, we do not allow eating.
MY FLIGHT ARRIVES EARLY, WILL MY CHAUFFEUR MEET ME ON TIME?
We monitor all flights and will do our best to arrive early. This is subject to the chauffeur’s availability.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY FLIGHT SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE TERMINAL?
Unless you are flying domestically, you should aim to arrive 2-3 hours before your flight; however, please check this with your airline.
